Outsourcing Service Fees

  • Ⅰ. Outsourcing Service Scope (Spec Ⅰ)
    1. Payroll Service
    (1) Payroll

    1) Prepare individual pay slips based on annual salary
    2) Calculate individual withholding tax and four main insurances contribution
    3) Draw up a company payroll table & reports
    4) Prepare a salary request transfer form
    5) Mail individual pay slips
    6) File withholding tax monthly and Perform year-end tax adjustment

    (2) Four Key Social Insurances

    1) Subscription
    2) Report cancellation
    2) Notify changes to qualifications of subscribers
    3) (Interim) settlement
    4) Report cancellation of four key social insurances for retirees

    2. Service Fees

    (1) KRW 17,000 per employee for payroll
        (however, KRW 200,000 will be charged on a company with 10 employees or fewer)
    (2) 11 to 50 employees: KRW 17,000 per employee
    (3) 51 to 100 employees: KRW 15,000 per employee
    (4) 101 to 500 employees: KRW 12,000 per employee
    (5) More than 500 employees: KRW 10,000 per employee

  • Ⅱ. Accounting Service (Spec Ⅱ)
    1. The fees are to be agreed upon based on the service scope and type.
    • (1) Service Scope

      1) Monthly visit and proving dossier management
      2) Bookkeeping and prepare monthly settlement reports
      3) VAT filing
      4) Quarterly and half-yearly settlement and corporate tax filing
      5) Monthly conference call (for the purpose of accounting and tax advisory)
      6) Prepare reports on FDI to headquarters
      7) Support startups
      8) Build strategy to reduce tax
      9) Provide training and education on accounting personnel

    • (2) Service charges based on CTA's position and expertise

      1) Visit to perform accounting and tax work

         - Visit to a client's office once or twice every month (however, work can be done without making visits if requested by a client)
         - The visit is, in principle, on the same day of the month, and a quarter of the day (in the morning or afternoon) is regarded as one working day.

      * Working hours in the morning: 09:00 – 12:30
      * Working hours in the afternoon: 14:00 – 17:30

      2) Service Scope

      ① All services aforementioned in (1)
      ② Bookkeeping based on documents provided by a client (for the purpose of management)
      ③ Create a tax ledger based on documents provided by a client
      ④ Consultancy on accounting and tax affairs
      ⑤ Provide payrolls and trainings on payroll preparation
         (payday filing is included in the basic work service scope provided a client subscribes to bookkeeping or consultancy service)

      3) Service Fees for CTA's visit

      The fees vary depending on a CTA's position and the number of a visit.
